Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the SMVRank website (smvrank.com) and the SMV app for iPhone ("SMV"), both operated by the operator named in the Legal Notice ("we", "us"). By using the website or the app you agree to these Terms.

SMVRank and SMV provide an automated, AI-assisted estimation of physical attractiveness-related metrics based on photos and other information you provide, plus educational content, a self-improvement routine, an AI assistant and a community. Results are informational and entertainment-oriented - they are not a scientific, medical, psychological, or objective measurement of your worth or attractiveness.

Face analysis and the assistant are powered by an AI model. Like any AI system, they may be inconsistent or inaccurate. You should not treat any result, score, or answer as a definitive or authoritative judgment, and you should not make health, medical, or financial decisions based on them.

The Hardmaxxing library, the routine and the assistant provide general educational information only. They do not diagnose any condition, do not recommend any procedure, medication or supplement, and are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified medical professional. Always discuss risks, benefits and alternatives with a licensed clinician before any treatment.

SMVRank and SMV are intended for users aged 14 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and, if you are under the age of majority where you live, that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use, and that depict either yourself or someone who has given you permission. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and never upload photos of minors other than yourself.

The SMV app offers SMV Premium as an auto-renewable subscription (currently one year) purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The price is shown in the app before you buy and is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using "Restore Purchases" in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by that agreement.

The community lets you post text and images, comment, vote, report content and block users. You are responsible for what you post. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In particular, you must not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, that encourages self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous procedures, that reveals other people's personal data, that depicts identifiable people without their consent, that infringes intellectual property, or that is spam or advertising.

You can report any post or comment and block any user directly in the app. Reports are reviewed by us, normally within 24 hours, and violating content is removed; users who post such content may be blocked from the community without notice. We may remove any content at our discretion. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute the content within the service. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time.

The Creator Program lets you apply to create promotional content for SMV. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Rewards are paid only for videos that we have approved in advance, that reach the stated view milestones with organic, verifiable views, and that comply with the rules of the platform they are published on and with our creator guidelines. Artificial, purchased or otherwise fraudulent views disqualify a video. Reward amounts, thresholds and the program itself may be changed or ended at any time; changes do not affect rewards already earned. Payouts require a valid payment method and may be subject to identity verification and applicable taxes.

Where a paid result is offered on the website, it is a single one-time payment for that result, processed through Stripe. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Do not use SMVRank or SMV to upload illegal content, to harass or impersonate others, to circumvent usage limits, to attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend access for violations.

SMVRank and SMV are provided on an "as available" basis. Features, including third-party services they rely on (such as the AI analysis, the database or the payment provider), may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted, and may change over time.

To the extent legally permitted, SMVRank, SMV and their operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at smvrank.com/terms and is linked from the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
